- The device cannot be activated or initialized due to hardware failure
Important Conditions:
- Time Limit: DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
- Original Packaging: Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories

WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following situations are NOT eligible for return:

- Normal wear and tear

Exchange Option:
- Customers may choose to exchange DOA device for identical model (subject to availability)

REFURBISHED DEVICES
For Ex-UK (refurbished) devices:
- Same DOA return policy applies
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed at time of sale are not grounds for return
