DELIVERY TIMELINES

1. Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only)

• Timeframe: 2–6 hours after order confirmation

2. Next-Day Delivery

• Timeframe: 24–48 hours using Fargo Courier

ORDER PROCESSING

Order Confirmation

1. Order Placement: Phone, WhatsApp, or in-store
2. Payment Confirmation: Required before processing
3. Stock Verification: Confirm product availability
4. Dispatch Notification: SMS/call when shipped

Processing Time

• In-stock items: Same day processing
• Special orders: 1-2 business days
• Bulk orders: 2-3 business days
• Weekend orders: Processed on next business day
